Today Mom went home leaving Daniel in the excellent care of Dad for the weekend. Steve arrived Thursday in time to see Daniel's physical therapy progress and help Mom do laundry. Jose Perez from Norcross visited on Thursday, also.
Today Daniel learned of many future opportunities to participate in athletic events involving travel to some great places. Wounded Warriors sponsors several trips each year involving scuba, triathalons, skiing, hunting, dude ranches, golf tournaments, etc.
Tonight there are more medical evacuations arriving from Germany and subsequently a rearrangement of rooms. It won't affect Daniel's address as yet, but family members won't be able to use the same phone number. Please don't call the hospital room number as you would be bothering another patient. Daniel was also given daily pass privileges and is looking forward to being out of the hospital each day.
