Daniel underwent the final closing in surgery yesterday. The surgeon is watching closely for any sign of infection. He has done research over the past 5 years locating indicators in the blood that cother than white blood cell counts that can alert him to infection starting. We are confident that he is on top of Daniel's status and appreciate his skill in the operating room.
The Physical Therapist had Daniel working out on an arm bicycle today and doing some core excersizes as well. He is ready for the physical challenges ahead. The excersize helps to reduce pain and increase overall circulation. Who knows what tomorrow's workout will be?
e continue to be hopeful that an outpatient status will be Daniel's soon.
